Mobile Transactions Automated System
(MTAS)

MTAS TRANSACTIONS:
Develop (2) applications (Member, Merchant) downloadable to Mobile phones. The application resides on the mobile phone of CWN client.
MEMBERS:
MTAS Setup Procedure for Members: A member downloads our mobile application to their mobile phone. The app recognizes the mobile phone number they are calling from, but ask them to enter it in the input box along with their CWN’s Username, Password and ask them to answer a secret question that can be used for a one-time transaction. The member will then send this information to the CWN’s Mobile Transactions Automated System (MTAS) whereby a unique “8” digit authorization-code will be generated and sent back to the Member’s mobile phone. This unique (8) digit authorization-code will be used for all of the Member’s MTAS transactions.
MTAS Transactions Procedure for Members: The Member will open up the MTAS app that resides on their mobile device. The MTAS app will prompt the Member to enter his unique “8” digit authorization-code, Merchant’s “10” digit authorization-code and dollar amount of the purchase. The Member will then send this information to the MTAS and receive back an “6” digit reference-code number for the transaction. The Member will give this reference-code to the Merchant for processing.
MERCHANTS:
MTAS Setup Procedure for Merchants: The Merchant downloads our mobile application to their mobile phone. The app recognizes the mobile phone number they are calling from, but ask them to enter it in the input box along with their legally registered business name. The Merchant will then send this information to the CWN’s, Mobile Transactions Automated System (MTAS) whereby a unique “10” digit authorization-code will be generated and sent back to the Merchant’s mobile phone. This unique (10) digit authorization-code will be used for all of the Merchant’s MTAS transactions.
MTAS Transactions for Merchant’s: The Merchant will open up the MTAS app that resides on their mobile phone. The MTAS app will prompt the Merchant to enter the Member’s “6” digit reference-code, Merchant’s unique “10” digit authorization-code and dollar amount of the purchase. The Member will then send this information to the MTAS and receive back a “”5” digit approval-code number for the transaction. The Merchants funds will immediately be transferred into the Merchant CWN’s Merchant account and available for use within (3) hours.

*Secondary MTAS Validation (ex. if member has bad mobile reception at location); Merchant will call the MTAS and select speak to Customer Service option. The Merchant will then ask the Operator for a “transaction approval”. The Merchant will give the Operator his unique “10” digit authorization-code the Member’s registered phone number and the dollar amount of the transaction. The Operator will then try and call the registered member phone and after failure to connect with the Member the Operator will ask the Merchant to ask the Member his one-time security question previously created by the Member when he initially setup his account. When the Merchant gives the correct answer the merchant is then given an approval code for the transaction. The Merchant’s funds are deposited immediately into his account after validation.
** MTAS, will send an SMS to the members phone to notify them of the transaction (along with the Merchant name and approval-code given to the Merchant) and ask them to log into their account and create a new one-time transactional security question.
