“CWN Spokesmodel”
-Promotion-

OVERVIEW:

This will be a campaign primarily for females 21 years of age or older. This promotion shall facilitate the initial creation of the CWN’s promotional group called the “CWN Spokesmodel” (CW Spokesmodel).

The “CWN Spokesmodel” campaign shall initially consist of Females whom have created their photo-profile on the CWN (photo required). They have agreed to participate in this promotion and abide by all of the promotional rules throughout the contest. The contest will be for a cumulative amount of $100,000 U.S.D contestants have generated and earned throughout the competition. The grand prize ($25,000 in cash and prizes) will be given to the contestant with the highest vote-count on February 14th, 2012. The grand prizes elimination competition requires a minimum of (100) qualifying female contestants whom have met the minimum qualifying active-vote count of (500) active-votes by February 14th, 2011.An active-vote is a vote cast by an active-member (possess at minimum a Token Membership at time their vote was cast). Votes will be tallied at 12:01am February 14th, 2011 P.S.T..

All contestants must meet a minimum 500 active-votes requirement to compete for the grand prize of $25,000 in cash and prizes. The winner of the grand prize will be the one whom has accumulated the most votes by 12:01am P.S.T. February 14th, 2012.This date is a pre-determined date and shall remain the date unless there are less than 100 females whom have a qualifying minimum vote-count of (500) at 12:01am on February 14th, 2012.

1.All Contestants whom reach (200) active vote-count shall qualify to start our onsite nightclub competition at a CWN selected nightclub. The nightclub selection will usually be within 20 miles of their geographical residential location. They will be required to possess a CWN compatible Mobile Phone and utilize that mobile phone to interact with online CWN members, as a Pay-to-Play competition compensation feature. This feature will only be available while the contestant is at a nightclub location. Each contestants is projected to create between $500 to $2,000 in revenue each night and shall be credited 50% of their generated revenue to their CWN Deposit Account.They will be required to have (3) interviewing scripts prepared for themselves for several video-shoots onsite at the location. The interviews will be for the following (3) groups; 1.Owner/Manager 2.Nightclub-Staff (bartenders/waiters/doorman, etc.) 3.Nightclub Onsite Members and be used throughout the competition on the CWN.
2.All Contestants that reach (500) active-votes count shall receive an opportunity to have a CWN photo-shoot (by designated CWN approved photographers) to be used for their CWN promotional portfolio. *These contestants shall then have their CWN communication tools and services activated 24/7. This will place them in a very unique position and that is to not be limited to just a few hours a night (on location at a nightclub) to generate revenue-credits. Only contestants whom officially have a minimum of 500 active-votes on the day the contest ends (February 14th,2012) shall qualify to be in the final voting process for the $25,000 U.S.D. Grand Prize . The top “100” ladies with the highest amount of active-votes on the day the contest ends shall be offered the opportunity to represent the CWN as a CW Spokesmodel.

The entry with the single highest active-vote count on the day the contest ends shall receive $25,000 in cash and prizes (min.500 active-members votes).

Those contestants that fall short of the 500 minimum active-votes are not entitled to either compete at this level nor are they entitled to any prizes or benefits associated with the CWN Spokesmodel Grand Prize-level competition.

* On December 31st, 2011 all CWN members shall have their CWN communication tools operative 24/7 (24 hours/7 days a week)

As a registered contestant in the Clubs Wired Spokesmodel competition and active-member of the ClubsWired Network, each participant shall have the ability to activate their CWN’s communication tools located on their personal profile page with a qualified 200 vote-count. Once activated, the participant can select the rates they will charge other members to gain communication access to them via the CWN Chat/IM/SMS/Phone tools and services. All revenue generated via any tools or services on the ClubsWired Network use is limited in scope to the “Usage of Funds” Agreement of the CWN. All of the member’s revenue/ funds shall remain on deposit and usable only via the CWN BillPay feature (pay Rent/Mortgage/Car Payment/utility Bills), until the official launch of the CWN (projected December 31st, 2011). Revenue generated on the CWN cannot be redeemed or returned to any member in any refundable instrument with one exception (except for actual deposits made from the redeeming member from their personal credit card or bank account). In the case of actual deposits made by a redeeming member the CWN will review the date of such deposit(s) and levy against those deposits any charges made after those deposits, as debts and debits against such account deposits.

The CW Spokesmodel as a group shall be promoted by the CWN on many different forums including calendars and any other promotional materials. Each CW Spokesmodel may or may not be promoted individually by the CWN and their partners, associates, sponsors, merchants and affiliates. As a representative of the CWN, every CWN Spokesmodel shall fulfill the CW Spokesmodel’s “Terms of Service” (TOS) and contractual promotional requirements (TBD). Any CW Spokesmodel not in compliance with the TOS shall be subject to immediate termination by the CWN via email or regular mail and shall not be entitled to any claims against the CWN or its partners, associates or affiliates.
